We’ve given public and private talks on topics like:

• Making decisions, individually and in teams
• Giving and receiving feedback that’s truly meaningful and actionable
• Building company cultures around distributed teams and asynchronous communication
• Creating a culture of continuous delivery and learning
• How to bring about lasting change in organizations
• The crux with deadlines and roadmaps

Our talks are known to present things as we see them, not mincing our words while talking about what can help companies and leaders overcome their unique challenges, to tell stories that stick, and to keep things light and interesting. First and foremost, we keep everything we do actionable. Our goal is for folks to walk away with something they can start doing the next day.

In our workshops, we have facilitated teams as they:

• Built a strategy to determine the company’s direction for twelve to eighteen months after receiving a large funding round
• Improved the relationships and first team commitment in the company’s executive team
• Discussed how they can improve their teams’ continuous delivery and improvement mindsets
• Looked at the past in a retrospective with a focus on reflection, candor, and learning.

As experienced coaches, we can make do with the shortest amount of time given to us. Co-inventing the format of speed coaching, we’ve helped hundreds of managers at all levels and companies of all shapes and sizes overcome questions and challenges that they felt stuck on. It’s an engaging format that fosters open sharing, listening, and offering support. This format works at public as well as private events.
